BoB is a great educational tool and if you want to get started in humanoid robots as cheaply as possible, this kit it is it.
The kit contains everything you should need except the batteries and USB wire.
BoB has 4 degrees of freedomand when assembled, programmed and powered up he walks like a drunk duck, sensing and avoiding obstacles. He's kinda cute and can be made in just about any color including some semi-transparent options.
This model doesn't have arms but that version should be coming soon and if that's what you're after, let me know - I'll be glad to sell you one of the first ones!
